Haoran Tang

About Me

Hi there, you find me! I am Haoran Tang, currently a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) and the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). I am jointly supervised by Prof. Qing Li and Prof. Guandong Xu. Prior to that, I received my B.S. and M.S. degrees from Chongqing University (CQU), where I was supervised by A/Prof. Jun Zeng. My research mainly focuses on recommender systems, especially dynamic recommendation in a multi-round fashion. I am also conducting research on temporal graphs. I am open to other areas, such as large language model-driven information systems.

• Recommender System: dynamic recommendation, sequential recommendation, fairness, etc.
• Temporal Graph Learning: temporal graph network, temporal interaction prediction, etc.
